Barkada Market Refund & Return Policy
At Barkada Market, we run on snacks, culture, and community — so we keep things simple and fair.
Food & Beverage Items
All food, drink, and perishable items are final sale. For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once they leave the store or arrive at your door.
Non-Food Items (Clothing, Home Goods, Merch)

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or something’s off, email support@barkadamarket.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit once confirmed.
Event Tickets or Experiences
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Transfers are allowed — just email us with your name and the new guest’s info.
Special Collaborations & Limited Drops
All limited drops and collabs are final sale. Once it’s yours, it’s yours — no take-backs.
Online Order Returns (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
